Dr. Carl Herbster, President: 
    Pastor Carl Herbster and his wife Debbie have served together at Tri-City since 1983. They have three sons who, along with their wives, serve in full-time Christian ministry. They also have eleven grandchildren (seven girls and four boys). They know the importance of family in our society and seek to develop strong families through the church and school ministries at Tri-City as well as through their outside speaking at couples’ retreats and family camps. Their goal is to build strong families through the principles of God’s Word so we will have a strong church, a strong community, and a strong country.

Damian Ahrens, Administrator: 
    Pastor Ahrens holds B.A., M.A., M.S., and M.Div. degrees from Benedictine College and Heart of America Bible College and Theological Seminary. He is beginning his twenty third year in education and draws his experience from parochial, private, public, and Christian education. He is currently working on his doctorate in education at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. Damian and his wife, Priscilla, are raising six children, Abigail, Andrew, Anna, Allison, Amy and Alyssa.
