Mrs. Ann King

 Mrs. King is a graduate of Tri-City Christian School from the class of 1986.  She holds a State of Tennessee Teaching Certificate in General Education. She has taught for over 19 years in multiple classroom situations. She has taught private Piano, Organ and Voice for 27 years. The last 8 years she has taught here at Tri-City in the Preschool, Elementary, Music and Secondary areas.  Mrs. King did her undergraduate work at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina in Music Education and Performance.  She continued studies at Calvary Bible College and Faith Bible Institute and is currently taking online classes through BJU. Mrs. King enjoys coaching Varsity Volleyball and Varsity Cheerleading, and Assistant Coaching Varsity Girls Soccer outside the classroom.  Coach King has led her Varsity Cheerleaders to 4 State Titles in a row and her Varsity Volleyball Team to their first State Title!

 

Mrs. King is married to alumnus, Bryan King from the class of 1988.  Mr. King is employed at Sealy Mattress, Inc as a Production Forman, helps out here at Tri-City in the Maintenance Department on the weekends and is the Assistant Coach for Varsity Boys Soccer.  They both enjoy serving here in the church at Tri-City in many areas, and have a passion for the Bus Ministry and reaching those in our community. They have 5 children.   Ashley is at BJU in her junior year as a Voice Performance Major.  Daniel has graduated and lives in Grain Valley.  Valerie is at BJU in her freshman year as a Performance Studies Major.  Levi resides at home and is planning on attending Maple Woods Community College to train as a Utility Linemen.  Zachary is an 8th grader at Tri-City and loves Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and the Wii.

 

Her favorite verse is Philippians 4:13 "I can do All things through Christ who strengtheneth me".

SH PE Homework

Every 9th and 10th grade girl is expected to complete this homework sheet each week.  It is always due the 1st day we have PE each week!  I do not accept homework by email, but require the physical paper filled out and signed by both parents and students.  Extra credit will be given at the teacher's discretion for additional athletic activity.

Each sheet has 2 sections of activity for one week's homework


Elementary PE

 Elementary PE Homework

All 5th and 6th graders are to turn in homework the first day of PE each week. This is normally on Mondays, but could be a Wednesday if we do not have school on Monday.  Each sheet has 2 weeks worth of homework on it and needs to be signed by a parent.  I do not accept homework by email, but will always take it early!  Any activity outside of PE class is acceptable including sports practices.
