Below are course names of the various music classes and extra-curricular activities available at TCCS. For more detailed information including special dates and requirements, click on the documents to the right.

Senior High 
Senior High Symphonic Band: Open to all 9th-12th grade students by audition. A uniform, consisting of a coat and tie for the men and a dress for the ladies, will be issued by the school. Men are responsible for supplying their own white shirt, gray dress slacks and black dress shoes. Ladies are responsible for supplying their own neutral colored hose and black dress shoes.
Senior High Choir: Open to all 10th-12th grade students by audition. The dress for this group will be the same as the Senior High Band.
Tri-Citians: Members of the Senior High Choir will audition for entrance into this group. Rehearsals will begin prior to the start of the school year.
Senior High Handbells: Open to all 9th-12th grade students by audition. Rehearsals will begin prior to the start of the school year and the dress for this group will be the same as the Senior High Band.
Senior High Percussion Ensemble: Open to all 7th – 12th grade students who are participating in the band program.

Junior High
Junior High Concert Band: Open to all 7th and 8th grade students. A uniform consisting of a white blouse and black tea-length skirt for girls and a white shirt and black pants for boys is required. Black dress shoes are also a standard part of the uniform.
Junior High Choir: Open to 7th, 8th and 9th grade students.
Junior High Ensemble: Members of the Junior High Choir will audition for entrance into this group.
Junior High Handbells: Open to students in 7th, 8th, and 9th grades. Auditions in the fall are necessary to join this group.

Elementary
Elementary General Music Classes: Taught bi-weekly for grades 1-6.
Yearly Programs: All students in grades 1-6 participate.
Elementary Beginning Band: All students in 4th and 5th grade will participate in the Elementary Band. The band program will be part of their elementary curriculum. No previous band experience is required.
Elementary Advanced Band: Open to all students in 6th grade who have already played a musical instrument for at least one year or have achieved the level of a second year player.
Elementary Chorus: All 5th and 6th graders will participate. This special group sings at all elementary programs as well as other yearly performances. Students in chorus will be required to order tuxedo shirts through the school.
Elementary Handbells: Open to students in 5th and 6th grade by audition. A basic understanding of reading music and a good sense of rhythm are required.
